SHIPPING
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer international shipping. However, due to some postal issues, we are unable to deliver to military areas and some small countries.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship international orders via postal service. Once your order is processed, we will send it to the shipping company, which will handle the delivery entirely.
Once it arrives in your country, it will be managed by your local postal service. Please contact your local post office once the package is in your country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will email you the tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. The email will also include instructions on how to track your package.
Note: Tracking information will become visible 2–5 days after receiving the email.
WHEN WILL TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?
You should see tracking updates within 48–72 hours after receiving your tracking number. This delay is normal — the first event is logged only after the shipment is picked up.
WHY CAN’T I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information will be visible 2–3 days after the update.
Sometimes the system needs a few minutes to receive data from the courier. We recommend trying again later.
WHY ISN’T THE SHIPPING STATUS UPDATING?
Your shipment may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs, or operational delays.
Note: Tracking information only appears after the shipment has officially started.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once the order is ready for shipping, it is fully handled by the shipping company.
Depending on their policy or customs procedures, you may be required to pay an extra delivery fee or import tax, especially if you live in a remote area.
In such cases, we kindly ask you to pay the required fee to receive your order.
We usually declare the order as a “gift” with a lower value, so you should not worry about duties or taxes.

We offer secure checkout and accept payments via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or VISA.
Products are displayed in US Dollars (USD), but our system will automatically convert the currency to make payment easier.
